Although we carry the appropriate licenses, we are not estate agents; we are engaged and paid by the purchasing client only. This allows us to act completely impartially at all times, with our client’s best interests in the forefront of our mind.  This also opens doors to many more properties and opportunities.

Once we have met you and you wish to engage our services, we will ask you to forward a small retainer fee and to sign a brokerage agreement.  This retainer fee is reimbursable to you should you wish to cancel our arrangement, less any pre agreed expenses. It is also deducted from any eventual commission that may become due.  Payment of this retainer fee gives immediate access our extensive knowledge base on the areas in which we operate and the commencement of the search process.

Once we find your perfect property and the transaction has been completed to your satisfaction, we will ask you to pay us a commission fee, which is typically based on a low single percentile of the property or land value. We tailor this fee to the deal on which we are working and remain commercially minded at all times.
